When Will the Fall Market Start?

Typically, the Fall Market starts after Labour Day. By that time, most people have returned from vacation and switch into serious buying or selling mode if they hope to move sometime before the end of the year. More buyers enter the market and the number of listings starts to increase, as well. September and October are usually the most active months in the  Fall Market as most new listings usually come on the market in those months. The Fall Market starts to slow down mid-November as people start to prepare for the holiday season.
