1. When someone mentions that they’ll be buying or selling, suggest something like this to them: “You should call my agent, Michael Meltzer. He really knows his stuff, he’s honest and he won’t pressure you.”

2. If they seem open to the idea of speaking to me, tell them you’ll send them my contact info.

3. Email them with my email address and website. Copy me on the email so I’ll know who they are. Ask them if they’d prefer for me to contact them and assure them that I won’t pressure them.
